Spacious rooms with a larger mini fridge. However, the carpet had an unpleasant smell and was stained.

A hidden gem in Cortez
The spacious room accommodated us perfectly, with a microwave and a mini fridge making our stay comfortable. The family who owns the motel was incredibly welcoming, and the coffee from the lobby was surprisingly delightful!
However, the door lock presented some difficulties, making it hard to secure from the inside. Additionally, the motel's age showed in some worn areas that could use a refresh.

Just a good pick for a relaxing holiday in Cortez and great for the money. The shower water was consistently hot, which was nice after a long day. Look for a room with better maintenance to avoid issues.

The owners were nice and welcoming. The room was clean with a comfy bed and good shower. AC and Wi-Fi worked well. I appreciated the coffee in the morning, the best I've had at a motel! Overall, it was a solid stay for the budget.

The hotel is ideally located for exploring nearby sites.
My stay was an absolute nightmare. The room was filthy, with dirty towels and hairs left behind. To top it all off, I felt unsafe as someone attempted to enter my room in the middle of the night due to a mix-up with keys. This place is incredibly poorly maintained, truly a dump.

I stayed in the Queen Room for one night. The room was spacious with a nice microwave and a mini fridge, and the AC worked great. Plus, the coffee from the lobby was surprisingly delicious! The owners were super nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, the door lock was tricky to manage, which didn’t make me feel super secure.

The staff were super friendly and efficient, checking us in late with no issues. The breakfast was a simple spread of bagels and coffee, perfect for our quick start. Great location for exploring nearby sites!
The cleanliness could be improved, as some areas seemed a bit neglected.
